PERFECT TIMING DUO began in 2009 as a creative idea exploring the musical possibilities between two well established consummate musicians. Ray Plue, drummer and vocalist, was one of the founding members of the popular CT band Higher and Higher that spanned 3 decades!  Christian Martirano, keyboardist and vocalist, was also a member of Higher and Higher for more than a decade among many other groups and ensembles. Martirano, along with renowned drummer, Tony Traina, and former Higher and Higher vocalist Gina Palmieri reformed in 2017 as PERFECT TIMING BAND after the untimely passing of Ray Plue.

PERFECT TIMING BAND works with a variety of talents including instrumentalists and vocalists. Frequently, we work Gina Palmieri who also shared the Higher and Higher line up for many years and Tony Traina, an acclaimed drummer who has worked on Broadway and recorded with many noted artists. Together, they have an extensive repertoire and create a musical force 2nd to none!

Our fans are among the most loyal! We perform regularly in local establishments, at corporate events, private affairs, weddings and more throughout the tri-state area (CT, NY, NJ).
